Mobile Apps

Shown here are some examples of mobile apps that I developed during my coursework at CU. Some were created independently and others in a team. For the full collection of projects, visit the GitHub repository.

Green Receipt

This IOS app focuses on reducing the amount of paper waste produced by retail stores and providing a more convenient and organized way of tracking purchases. The app connects to the user’s email account and retrieves emailed receipts whenever the user chooses “Email Receipt” after visiting a retail store. These are then stored and categorized for further review.

Yahtzee

This IOS app gives users the chance to play the classic game of Yahtzee on their phone. This game was developed by a team of two and gives players the ability to try to beat their high score.

Time Calculator

When working on simulation validation at LASP, it was often necessary to calculate the duration between two dates in seconds and minutes. This Android app does just that. The user inputs a start and end date and time and the calculator produces the corresponding duration in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.

Looper

This project aims to replicate looper pedals used in music production and performance, repeating a recorded melody and then layering other recordings on top. So far, this app only provides two layers, but it also stores saved recordings for future listening. A similar version of this app was also created in Android.
